• Identifying potential content creators on various platforms & mapping them for onboarding.
• Mentoring Content Creators to aid them in making impactful professional decisions to elevate their careers further.
• Building long-lasting industry relationships and brand connections.
• Seeking opportunities to network within the Talent and Creator economy, continuously seeking Talent prospects.
• Possessing in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the influencer and entertainment management industry.
• Presenting content strategies for Talent that align with their personal brands for optimum success.
• Drafting Agreements on behalf of Talent and supporting successful negotiations.
• Managing all the queries for Talent,



providing skilled support and responses.
• Embracing annual revenue targets to drive the Talent/Creators to achieve long-term success.
• Sharing progress reports with the team.

Requirements:
• Good understanding of the Influencer industry, the top players, and brands and education themselves on the development of the Creator Economy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with Talent and industry contacts.
• Displays persistence, authenticity, and a determined approach to work.
• Friendly attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
