Working closely with families, educators, and the community, the preschool serves children from ages 2 to 6 across multiple branches in Bengaluru, including Malleshwaram, Rajajinagar, Rajarajeshwarinagar, Hesaraghatta Road, Acharya College Campus, Sarjapur Road, Yelahanka, HSR Layout, and upcoming locations.
Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site work at preschool branches and some work from home. This role is responsible for driving admissions growth, identifying new business opportunities,



and expanding the Junior Toes brand across existing and new locations. Day-to-day tasks include building and managing relationships with parents, schools, community partners, and corporate stakeholders; conducting local market research; and planning outreach initiatives and events to increase visibility and enrollment. The Business Development Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, manage leads and follow-ups, deliver presentations, and track performance against targets. The role also involves close collaboration with academic and operations teams to ensure a consistent, values-driven experience for families, and to provide feedback that supports program and service improvements.
