Role Description The Sales Executive role at BlueStone is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will welcome and engage customers in-store, understand their preferences,



and recommend suitable jewellery designs and collections. This role involves delivering a premium customer experience, explaining product features, certifications, and exchange programs, and supporting customers throughout the purchase journey. The Sales Executive will handle daily sales activities, including order processing, billing, inventory checks, and coordination with store operations to ensure optimal product display and availability. The role also includes achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records in the sales systems, participating in promotional activities, and providing feedback on customer trends and market insights to the leadership team.
