Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Specialist will work in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Noida, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves sourcing and evaluating commercial office spaces, conducting market research, and preparing comparative analysis and financial summaries for clients. The specialist will manage client relationships, understand their space and budget requirements, and present tailored leasing options that support their business goals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating property tours, liaising with landlords and brokers, supporting lease negotiations, and ensuring smooth execution of transactions. The role also includes maintaining an updated database of market availability, tracking trends, and collaborating with internal team members to deliver timely, accurate advisory services.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust expertise in Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate practices.
