Role Description The Teacher Spoken English role at FEA is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharajganj.



The teacher will conduct daily classroom sessions for youth learners, focusing on spoken English, confidence building, and practical communication skills aligned with FEA’s curriculum. Responsibilities include planning and delivering interactive lessons, facilitating group discussions and activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will also support digital literacy and non-cognitive skill development, maintain classroom discipline, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning workplace. Collaboration with other teachers and FEA staff to share best practices and continuously improve teaching methods is an integral part of this role.
