Your objective is to identify the 1% of candidates with "Ownership DNA" and ensure their "Time-to-Value" is hit in record time. We are on a mission to Build a high-talent density 0-to-100 employee engine.
What You’ll Be Doing
Talent Sourcing (Velocity): Drive top-of-funnel volume. Use AI-sourcing and LLMs to hunt passive A-Players in global markets.
Onboarding Engineering: Execute a frictionless Day-1 experience. Your goal: Make new hires productive and "culture-aligned" within 72 hours.
Operations & SOPs: Document everything. If a process isn't in an SOP, it doesn't exist. You will manage the lifecycle from entry to exit.
Employer Branding: Create the "Social Proof" that lowers our future Cost-Per-Hire. Make Go4Database a magnet for high-performers
You’re a great fit if you:
Are MBA/Graduate in HR/Business/Management or equivalent.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a creative mindset with passion for people and culture.
Are proactive, high-energy, and eager to learn.
Have familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and social media trends is a plus.
