Role Description

Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Customization Developer Experience: 3-6 Years Key Skills Required: Robust experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization Development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript Experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, Business Rules Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Forms, Views, Dashboards, and Security Roles Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Web Services, Azure Functions Familiarity with Solution Management, Deployment, and ALM Understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules is preferred Responsibilities: Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements. Develop plugins, workflows, and integrations. Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Support testing, deployment, and production issues.
