Role Description :
Responsibilities: • Provide L1, L2, L3 support to various Post Trade Processing applications (Middle-Office, back-office, Settlements). • Work on service requests using the Incident / Problem / Service management workflow, raised by business users and provide resolution. • Work closely with SME's on any such requests as per the needs. • Work independently and represent status on different tasks with SME’s. • Implement methods for continually improving the support systems/processes. • Provide application and system monitoring. • H
