Role Description The SAP TM/BN4L Practice Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading the SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) practice,



including solution design, implementation oversight, and continuous improvement of client engagements. Day-to-day activities include working with client stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable SAP TM and BN4L solutions. The Practice Lead will guide consulting teams, provide subject matter expertise, review configurations and integrations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role also involves developing best practices, mentoring team members, supporting presales activities, and collaborating with cross-functional SAP modules to deliver integrated digital supply chain solutions.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization within supply chain and logistics domains, with the ability to map requirements to SAP TM and BN4L solutions.
