Position Overview
As a Motion Graphics Designer, you'll own the visual storytelling of Gloroots' product — crafting product explainer videos, demo reels,



and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns. Working at the intersection of design and marketing, your work will directly influence how prospects and customers understand and experience the platform across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
Edit and produce product walkthrough videos, explainer videos, and feature highlight reels for website and sales enablement
Design and animate motion graphics for social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
Create marketing campaign assets — ads, banners, and short-form video content — aligned with brand guidelines
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate feature updates and messaging into compelling visual content
Maintain visual consistency across all video and motion assets across channels
Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing based on campaign timelines and business impact
