About the Role

We are looking for a Vendor Onboarding Executive to help expand our Saudi-focused multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding quality sellers.
The role will focus on finding relevant businesses and brands, communicating the value of joining our marketplace, completing seller onboarding, and helping vendors become active and successful on the platform.
The ideal candidate should be target-driven, commercially minded, confident in business communication, and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Acquisition
Identify potential sellers, brands, retailers, distributors, and businesses across relevant product categories.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified vendor leads.
Contact prospective vendors through calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
Conduct initial discussions and explain the marketplace's value proposition.
Convert qualified prospects into registered and active sellers.
Achieve monthly vendor acquisition and activation targets.





Vendor Onboarding
Guide current sellers through the complete registration and onboarding process.
Collect and verify required business and seller documentation.
Ensure vendor profiles and required information are completed accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams for seller verification and account activation.
Follow up with vendors until they are fully active on the marketplace.
Reduce onboarding delays and drop-offs.

Seller Activation & Support
Help newly onboarded vendors understand marketplace processes.
Guide sellers on product listing, pricing, inventory, order management, promotions, and marketplace policies.
Encourage vendors to upload complete and high-quality product catalogs.
Coordinate with the E-commerce Manager and catalog team to resolve onboarding issues.
Follow up with newly onboarded vendors to ensure they receive their first orders and become active sellers.
