Job Summary
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying recent opportunities, building client relationships, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with end-to-end B2B sales.

Job Qualifications
1–7 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in IT, EdTech, Education, Training, or related industries.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound sales and networking.
Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining sales pipelines.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking, and business development activities.
Existing client or institutional network is a plus.





Job Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, referrals, field visits, and other channels.
Identify potential clients and build strong, long-term business relationships.
Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and business needs.
Pitch and present the company’s services, solutions, products, or offerings.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.
Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline, and lead status in CRM/tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale execution and client satisfaction.
Contribute towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
