Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Sales Manager with a proven track record in Corporate Travel, MICE, Events, or Hospitality Sales. The ideal candidate must have strong corporate networking skills, the ability to generate new business opportunities, and consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets. This is a target-based position best suited for professionals passionate about business development and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new corporate business for MICE, Events, and Corporate Travel.
Acquire new corporate clients through field sales, networking, and strategic meetings.
Develop long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams,



and Decision Makers.
Present customized travel and event solutions to corporate clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts.
Negotiate pricing and close high-value business deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM.
Coordinate with Operations, Event, and Travel teams for seamless execution.
Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Sales.
Experience in Corporate Travel, MICE, Hospitality, Hotels, Event Management, or DMC is mandatory.
Robust corporate client network.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to close high-value corporate deals.
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively for client
