At Qubit, we are actively hiring a Health Strategist to join our rapidly growing ‘1% Better Health Community’. We specialize in sustainable, science-backed lifestyle transformations for busy professionals, entrepreneurs, IT leaders, and adults over 35 who are dealing with sedentary work, stress, and burnout. We help our clients escape chronic restart cycles and make health their "daily default" through systems-based habit integration and sustainable behaviour change.

The Role:
As a Health Strategist, your primary goal is to help our clients with the mentorship they need to sail through their transformation.
You will assist them with their nutrition, workouts plans, emotional struggles,



and mindset barriers.
You will help them integrate realistic health systems that do not collapse under the weight of work stress, travel, or family responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and Consult: Conduct 1:1 assessments of clients' current nutrition and exercise habits to identify missing links.
Design Customized Plans: Create customized nutrition and exercise strategies focused on improving body composition, metabolic health, energy, and consistency.
Implement Systems Thinking: Guide clients through our Keystone Habit Framework, focusing on habit stacking, protein anchors, step baselines, and minimum effective doses.
Evaluate Progress Holistically: Track student success beyond just the scale by evaluating parameters like satiety and food structure, movement capacity, sleep and recovery, strength, and self-regulation.
