MegMultiMedia Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, confident, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media beyond simply posting content. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, developing content ideas, coordinating with the creative team, engaging with audiences, and contributing to business growth through social media and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media accounts.
Plan and maintain content calendars for multiple clients.
Develop creative ideas for Reels, posts, stories and campaigns.
Stay updated with current social media trends, formats and viral content.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers and influencers.
Monitor account performance and prepare basic performance reports.
Engage with audiences and respond to comments/messages when required.
Communicate with clients and understand their social media requirements.
Support lead generation and sales activities through social media.




Follow up with prospects and help convert social media leads into clients.
Contribute new ideas to improve brand visibility, engagement and conversions.
What We're Looking For
0–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, sales or business development.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and genuine interest in social media are welcome to apply.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Positive understanding of Instagram, Reels, trends and social media culture.
Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients and potential customers.
Basic knowledge of Canva and social media analytics is a plus.
A proactive, creative and target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
