Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Team Manager to lead and manage our sales team at our Ghitorni office.
The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of sales experience, strong team-handling skills and a proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve lead conversion.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, monitoring daily performance, improving lead conversion and achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide the sales team on a daily basis.




Set and track daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance, calls, follow-ups and conversions.
Help the team convert leads into course enrollments.
Handle important customer calls and support the team with difficult leads.
Train and motivate sales team members.
Track sales performance and prepare daily and weekly reports.
Identify gaps in the sales process and improve team performance.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and doctors.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Maintain a positive and target-driven sales environment.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Experience in sales team handling or team management.
