Role Description This is a full-time, remote Senior Power BI Developer role within the Data & Analytics team. The person in this role will design, build,



and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to technical, operational, and leadership stakeholders in the mining domain. Daily responsibilities include gathering and refining requirements, modeling data, and integrating multiple data sources into robust semantic models that support self-service analytics. The Senior Power BI Developer will implement and optimize data warehousing and ETL processes, ensure data quality, and apply strong analytical skills to transform complex datasets into clear, visual narratives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting solutions, mentoring others on BI best practices, and continuously improving performance and usability of analytics assets.
