We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial reporting, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience with modern accounting software and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting: Prepare, examine, and analyze the Profit and Loss statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements to ensure accurate financial standing.
* General Ledger and Bookkeeping: Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and routine financial transactions.
* ERP and Software Operations: Maintain financial records and streamline workflows utilizing our ERP system, with specific day-to-day utilization of Zoho Books.
* Compliance and Auditing: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all financial processes comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
* Financial Analysis: Support management with budgeting, forecasting,



and ad-hoc financial analysis to optimize profit margins and cash flow management.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Experience: At least 2 years of skilled experience in accounting or financial management.
* Technical Skills:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling, and data analysis.
* Well-versed in operating ERP systems, with hands-on experience and deep familiarity using Zoho Books.
* Core Competencies: Solid understanding of full-cycle accounting, financial statements covering P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, alongside general accounting principles.
* Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications considered a strong plus.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
