- Collaborate to define success metrics and operationalize operational rigor to track, manage progress towards goals.
- Establish engineering and operational excellence and drive AI transformation across the organization.
- Own and establish metrics and goals across people and site operational metrics and establish weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews and executive updates.
