Role Description The Sales Partner (Commission-Based) role is a full time, remote position focused on driving revenue growth and expanding iTSikhwal’s client base for immersive technology solutions. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying new leads, presenting solutions to prospective clients, and nurturing relationships with existing accounts to support long-term partnerships.



The Sales Partner will collaborate with internal teams to understand product offerings, tailor proposals, and address client needs effectively. This role also involves managing channel partners, tracking sales pipeline metrics, and providing regular updates on performance and market feedback. Compensation is commission-based, aligned with individual sales performance and business outcomes.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, respond to inquiries, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Proven Sales and Account Management experience, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
Ability to collaborate with Channel Partners and external stakeholders to expand market reach and drive joint sales initiatives.
Comfort working in a commission-based, performance-driven environment, with self-motivation and goal orientation.
