Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
Assist with recent employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Collect and maintain employee documents and records.
Update recruitment and employee trackers/MIS.
Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
Pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.
