Role Description The Sales Assistant is a part-time, hybrid role based in Vapi, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role supports the sales team by handling inquiries, preparing basic sales materials, maintaining customer records, and coordinating follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities include assisting with client communication, scheduling meetings, updating sales trackers or CRM tools,



and ensuring that information is organized and accessible. The Sales Assistant will also help with basic customer service tasks, such as addressing routine questions, routing complex requests to the appropriate team member, and contributing to a skilled and positive experience for all clients.

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build rapport and support client relationships.
Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and internal teams.
Foundational Sales skills, including understanding the sales process and assisting with lead follow-up.
