Role Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about LLMs, Generative AI, and Machine Learning and wants to build AI solutions for healthcare and pharma.

What You'll Do

Build and deploy LLM and Generative AI applications for healthcare use cases.
Work with LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
Develop ML models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and personalization.




Process and analyze structured and unstructured healthcare data.
Build data pipelines and evaluate model performance.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to take AI solutions from prototype to production.
Requirements
Solid Python, SQL, Statistics, and Machine Learning skills.
Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source LLMs is a plus.
Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and ML workflows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience: 2–5 years
Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, PyTorch/TensorFlow, MLflow, Docker, Spark, or healthcare/life-sciences data.

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
