We’re Hiring Video Editor for Documentary-Style Content
We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor who can create engaging, research-driven, documentary-style videos for YouTube and social media.
You should know how to turn a script, voiceover, or long-form conversation into a visually compelling story using strong pacing, B-roll, sound design, motion graphics, and creative storytelling.

What You’ll Do
Edit documentary-style YouTube videos and long-form content.
Turn scripts and voiceovers into engaging visual stories.
Source and use relevant B-roll, archival footage, images, screenshots, and references.
Create motion graphics, maps, charts, text animations, and visual explainers.
Use music and sound design to build emotion and maintain viewer attention.
Edit podcast trailers, teasers, and promotional videos whenever required.
Work closely with the content and research teams to maintain accuracy and storytelling quality.
Improve videos based on audience retention and performance.

What We’re Looking For




At least 2 years of professional video-editing experience.
Strong experience in documentary, explainer, business, geopolitical, historical, or educational content.
Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual hierarchy, and viewer retention.
Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Ability to work independently with scripts, voiceovers, and research material.
Good understanding of copyright-safe footage and music sourcing.
Strong attention to detail and openness to feedback.
