The Role
You will architect and lead Ascendion's global digital ecosystem as a strategic growth engine. Your mandate: build a world-class digital brand presence that drives visibility and market activation, while creating operational rigor and continuous improvement that keep us ahead of industry standards. You'll lead a small team, manage the martech stack with an AI-first mindset, and ensure our digital channels work in harmony. Your work directly influences how the market perceives Ascendion and how we accelerate our growth story and impact with technology.
Key Accountabilities
1. Digital Brand & Experience Leadership




Own Ascendion.com and our global digital presence as the primary vehicle for brand activation and market perception. Set strategic direction for how we show up digitally. Ensure our digital brand is coherent, rapid, and designed for impact. Lead partnerships with Brand, Content, and Design to create experiences that amplify our AI-native story and drive engagement with key audiences.
2. Digital Demand & Pipeline Support
Align digital channels – GEO/SEO, paid media, marketing automation, and analytics – to support growth. Work with regional Growth and Sales leadership to ensure digital pathways directly influence pipeline velocity and bookings. Translate brand activation into measurable commercial outcomes without compromising our premium positioning.
