We are looking for someone who can walk into a client meeting with confidence, hold a partner conversation with authority and then come back and make sure every follow-up, document and presentation is exactly where it needs to be.

What you will do
Represent Klehver at client meetings with confidence, owning the room, capturing every detail and driving all follow-ups to closure without being asked.
Coordinate with channel partners, developers and project teams making sure every piece of information, document and update reaches the right person at the right time.
Build client presentations, partner decks and project proposals in Canva and PowerPoint — clean, on-brand and ready to impress before anyone walks into the room.




Maintain and update all pipeline data, partner lists, follow-up logs and operational dashboards in Excel because at Klehver, clean data is non-negotiable
Proactively follow up with clients and partners on behalf of the sales team, keeping conversations warm, timelines on track and nothing slipping through the cracks
Support the Directors with meeting prep, scheduling, follow-up actions and day-to-day coordination across the business.
Handle documentation booking forms, agreements, partner registrations with accuracy and full confidentiality.
Keep the CRM current after every client interaction and partner touchpoint, no chasing needed.
