Role Description

The Caller role at Moxa Tours is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat, Gujarat.

In this role, the caller will handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients, providing information on tour packages,



pricing, itineraries, and booking procedures. The caller will follow up on leads, maintain call logs and records in internal systems, and assist clients with queries, changes, and basic issue resolution related to their travel plans.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the sales and operations teams to share client requirements, confirming details, and ensuring accurate communication between clients and internal stakeholders. The caller will also support customer engagement initiatives, conduct basic feedback calls after trips, and uphold Moxa Tours’ standards of professional, courteous, and clear communication.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent spoken English and local language proficiency, active listening, and a polite telephone manner.
