Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire offer lifecycle – from offer generation to release and pre-onboarding documentation – ensuring alignment with internal policies, compensation frameworks, and SLAs.
Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and tracking offer letters across business units and locations.
Own the BGV process by managing third-party vendors or internal teams to ensure timely and accurate verifications.
Develop and monitor dashboards for offer release and BGV status, report on key metrics and SLAs.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Perks, HR Business Partners, and Legal to ensure seamless coordination and compliance.
Continuously audit and improve offer and BGV processes for efficiency, accuracy, and candidate exp
