About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our remote team.

As an HR Intern, you will get practical exposure to various areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR documentation, coordination, and HR operations.




This internship is designed for students and freshers who want to understand how HR functions in a real technology company and develop hands-on professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source and shortlist candidates through various platforms.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and organize employee and HR records.
Support HR policy and process documentation.
Assist in employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with different teams regarding HR-related requirements.
Support attendance, leave, and basic HR administration.
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining spreadsheets.
Help with internship and employee documentation.
Participate in HR meetings, training sessions, and internal initiatives.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
