Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in Cybersecurity and Networking solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, conduct technical presentations, and support the sales cycle from opportunity identification through project handover.
The role requires solid technical knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity technologies, solution architecture, and customer engagement skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Requirement Analysis
- Meet prospective customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document customer needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments when required.

2. Solution Design & Proposal Development
- Design technical solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture, BOM (Bill of Materials), and cost estimations.
- Collaborate with engineering, product,



and delivery teams to develop customized solutions.

3. Product Demonstrations & Presentations
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
- Explain technical features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.
- Address technical queries during meetings and presentations.

4. Sales Support
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Participate in customer meetings, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, and tender submissions.
- Assist in preparing quotations and commercial proposals.

5. Technical Consultation
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
- Recommend solutions based on industry best practices and customer requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on implementation, integration, and scalability.

6. Competitive Analysis
