Role Description This is a full time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and alignment with marketing goals. Responsibilities include managing daily posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing content for reach and performance.



The role involves developing and executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on insights. Collaboration with content, design, and program teams will be essential to promote learning initiatives, build community, and support overall brand growth.
Qualifications
Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage platforms, campaigns, and performance.
Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, craft, and adapt messages for diverse audiences.
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and audience engagement.
Experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
