About the Role
We are looking for ground-level, detail-oriented professionals to support our team in society-related documentation, legal assistance, and day-to-day coordination across redevelopment projects in Pune.
This is a hands-on execution role involving fieldwork, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with societies and authorities such as PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, and other local bodies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in society formation, registration, and documentation work.
Support legal documentation and coordination, agreement preparation,



and file management related to redevelopment projects.
Handle day-to-day society operations and coordination (pre & post redevelopment) until final handover.
Coordinate and visit government offices (PMC, PCMC, Sub-Registrar Office, Cooperative Societies Registrar, etc.), societies, legal advisors, and consultants for follow-ups and submissions.
Maintain society records, agreements, and compliance documentation.
Track and assist in society payments, statutory dues, and basic accounts coordination.
Coordinate with internal teams, legal consultants, vendors, and society members.
Support in the handover process to societies.
Liaise with existing and newly formed societies for smooth transition and operations.
Assist in resolving society-related legal and operational issues.
Stay updated on Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, RERA (MahaRERA), and local redevelopment regulations applicable in Pune.
