Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai. This role is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and qualifying new leads for Askeva’s WhatsApp automation solutions through research, outreach, and collaboration with the sales team.



Day-to-day activities include prospecting through digital channels, maintaining lead databases, conducting initial qualification calls or messages, and scheduling meetings or demos for sales representatives. The Lead Generation Specialist will work closely with sales and marketing to refine targeting criteria, improve messaging, and track lead performance. The role also involves documenting interactions, providing feedback on prospect responses, and contributing to continuous improvement of lead generation strategies.
