Kagidham is building a modern sustainable packaging company, helping brands source and manage customized sustainable packaging through a trusted manufacturing network across India.

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organized Business Operations & Marketing Executive to work closely with the Founder and help run day-to-day operations while executing marketing activities.
What You’ll Do
* Manage customer orders from enquiry to delivery.
* Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers & logistics partners.
* Track production, dispatches and customer updates.
* Maintain CRM, supplier records & operational systems.
* Build and improve SOPs and processes.* Coordinate social media, website & marketing activities.
* Work with designers, freelancers & agencies.* Support campaigns, content,



catalogues and brand initiatives.
* Assist the Founder with business projects.

We’re Looking For
* 1–4 years of experience in Operations / Marketing / Business Support.
* Strong communication & organizational skills.
* Valuable Excel / Google Sheets skills.
* Proactive, responsible & detail-oriented.
* Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
* Willingness to learn and take ownership.
Bonus: Canva, Notion, CRM & AI tool
experience.
