BMS Operations & Data Management (Max 5 Nos.) Key Deliverables (Max 5 Nos) BMS:
AC Maintenance & service – FA & PA – Pest Control – UPS maintenance – Asset
management – IPPBX – HID – Fixed line – Fire safety – Access control –
Electrical & equipment’s – AHU - Data updating in the share folder, Maintain up
to date HK documents Data Management: Managing folders, trackers, reports & MIS
Experience & Qualifications (Please indicate the weightage (%) in the last
column for each parameter) Relevant Years of Exp. 1 - 2 Years Knowledge Skill
Sets BMS and Data Management Preferred Industry Any Industry Preferred Company
Any IT or ITES Company Qualification +2 and Above Other Remarks: Male Candidate.
Work Location: Coimbatore. Person to be adaptable to work in weekend roster.
