Role Description The Creative Director role at OrganizeIn is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Creative Director will lead the creative vision across web, mobile, social, and internet marketing projects, developing concepts that align with client objectives and brand positioning. This role involves overseeing art direction and design execution,



guiding graphic designers and other creatives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality visual output across all deliverables. The Creative Director will collaborate closely with strategy, development, and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns, present and refine concepts with clients, and manage multiple projects and timelines. The position also includes mentoring team members, establishing creative standards, and staying current with design and digital marketing trends to keep client solutions innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
Solid creative leadership skills, including Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with proven experience shaping concepts from idea to execution.
Demonstrated expertise in Branding, including developing and maintaining brand identities across digital platforms.
