We are seeking a Senior / Lead Business Analyst to act as the key medium between the Product Owner, Stakeholders and Dev QA teams, who are all geared towards growth and development of one or multiple offerings within the Delivery platform. With an innovative analyst mindset and client needs in mind, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into explicit, actionable technical requirements. We expect you to be a critical thinker who can analyze problems, ideate, document effectively and communicate with clarity.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes, gather requirements, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Collaborate closely with Product Owner and stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for development and QA teams
Convert product roadmap features into technical specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria and integration details
Support the product vision and roadmap by providing technical insights and feasibility analysis




Perform data analysis and system impact assessments, working with partner teams to ensure accurate and actionable insights
Act as a technical subject matter expert, offering solutions for complex use cases and integration scenarios
Participate in UAT and technical validation, ensuring requirements are met and systems function as intended
Monitor and evaluate technical progress, recommending improvements to optimize performance and scalability
Identify and mitigate technical impediments to ensure successful completion of sprint and release goals
Serve as a bridge between business and development teams, ensuring clarity on technical requirements and priorities
Track commitments, dependencies and ensure alignment with customer expectations
Synthesize input from multiple stakeholders to maximize delivered value
Requirements
6 to 15 years of experience in IT, with around 7 years as a Business Analyst or
