We're looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager.
This isn't a "make a few Canva posts and manage Instagram" internship.
We're looking for someone who can pick up a camera, shoot a story, edit it beautifully, and understand where and how that content should be distributed.
You'll be working across Dcomm, ChangeForLife, and our client projects.
What you'll work on:
• Client shoots and content production
• Shooting interviews, reels, documentaries and social content
• Editing long-form and short-form content
• Managing edits from shoot to final delivery
• Creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Managing content distribution and publishing
• Understanding what format works for which platform
• Helping build the visual identity of ChangeForLife and our clients
• Working with the team on content ideas, hooks and storytelling
What we're looking for
You should know how to shoot.
You should have a solid editing sense.
You should be comfortable working with any editing software.
We don't care about the software.
We care about the final output.
If your work can match the quality of what we publish on ChangeForLife, or better, we want to see it.
We're especially looking for someone who understands:
• Storytelling through visuals
• Pacing and retention
• Good cuts and transitions
• Sound design
• Music selection
• Interview editing
• Documentary-style storytelling
• Short-form content
• Platform-specific content
You don't need to know everything.
But you should already have a body of work that shows us what you can do.
