We are involved in residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure developments and are looking for a dedicated Legal Executive to strengthen our legal and land management team.

Job Summary
We are seeking a full time Legal Executive with hands-on experience in revenue laws, land records, and property documentation. The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate and work from our Dholera office while coordinating with various government departments and supporting the company's ongoing real estate projects.
This is a permanent, on-site position intended for candidates looking for long-term career growth. Freelance or part-time professionals will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities




Handle all legal matters related to land and real estate projects.
Manage revenue-related work including mutation, 7/12 extracts, Village Forms, property records, survey matters, and land documentation.
Liaise with government departments such as the Revenue Department, Collector Office, Mamlatdar Office, Sub-Registrar Office, Talati, DICDL, DSIRDA, and other statutory authorities.
Draft, review, and vet legal documents including agreements, affidavits, undertakings, notices, deeds, MOUs, and correspondence.
Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisition and property transactions.
Coordinate registration and execution of legal documents.
Assist in obtaining approvals, permissions, and statutory compliances for ongoing projects.
Maintain legal records and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with advocates, consultants, surveyors, and government officials whenever required.
