Interview Mode: Only Offline/In office
Stipend Structure
Stage 1 (First 4 Months): ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Stage 2 (Next 4 Months): ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Stage 3 (Final 4 Months): ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Approximately 25%–45% increment at each stage of the training program, based on performance and development.
Recognition & Career Outcome
One-time grant of ₹21,000 upon successful completion of the training program
Certificate of Completion/Letter of Experience (at 8 months and 12 months)
Job confirmation after successful completion of the training
Work Model & Schedule
Stage 1 (First 4 months):
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Week-Off: Saturday & Sunday
Work Mode: Hybrid (In-office and Work From home if required)
Stage 2: (Next 4 months)
Entirely in-office
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week-Offs: 1 rotational week-off per week (4 per month)
Stage 3 Onwards
Entirely in-office
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week-Offs: 1 rotational week-off per week (4 per month)
