Role Description This is a full time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and core platform features that power Glanceit.ai’s multimodal analytics capabilities. Responsibilities include implementing scalable APIs, integrating computer vision and acoustic processing modules, optimizing system performance, and ensuring reliability and security of production systems. The role involves collaborating closely with data scientists, ML engineers,



and product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, as well as writing clean, testable code, performing code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful API design and server-side frameworks.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and best practices.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience with one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or similar).
Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices architectures, and containerization (e.g., Docker,
