Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant in the Cargo Motors JLR Division, based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, present suitable Jaguar Land Rover vehicles and financing options, and guide them through the complete sales process.



Daily activities include conducting showroom walk-ins and test drives, following up on leads, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams for vehicle delivery, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role involves building long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting individual and team sales targets in line with brand standards. The consultant will also stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed, consultative advice.
Qualifications
Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle and service solutions.
Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver a high-quality showroom and post-sale experience.
