Role Description The Senior System Analyst will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and improving PInterview’s online platform and supporting systems. This full-time remote role involves gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams,



and ensuring system solutions align with user needs and business goals. Daily responsibilities include performing systems and business process analysis, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, coordinating with stakeholders to define functional requirements, and supporting implementation and integration activities. The Senior System Analyst will also troubleshoot complex system issues, oversee testing and validation of current features, document system workflows and standards, and contribute to strategic roadmap planning and continuous optimization of platform performance and reliability.
Qualifications
Strong Systems Analysis skills with experience in translating business needs into technical solutions.
Advanced Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, data interpretation, and root-cause analysis.
Solid Information Technology background, with familiarity in web applications, cloud-based platforms, and integration concepts.
