About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support sourcing and screening of candidates across multiple roles.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
Assist with job postings and candidate communication.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Support onboarding and other HR initiatives as required.
What We’re Looking For
Pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Proactive, organized and eager to learn.
Prior internship/recruitment experience is a plus.
