Role Description The Lead Data Scientist will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced data science and machine learning models that turn large-scale behavioural, demographic, and physical-world data into actionable market insights.



The role includes leading end-to-end analytics projects, from data exploration and feature engineering to model selection, validation, and performance monitoring. The individual will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and to embed models into production systems. Responsibilities also include mentoring data scientists and analysts, establishing best practices in experimentation and model governance, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a explicit, concise manner.

What you'll do
Own the development, validation, and continuous improvement of client and platform deliverables across markets
Build features and datasets from geospatial and behavioral data: mobility, POI, demographics, and spend
Lead and mentor data science team across multiple geographics regions.
