Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical Pega applications and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents and application issues.
Create, configure, and extend Pega applications based on business requirements.
Manage Pega rules, rulesets, and application versions following established governance standards.
Leverage Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) for efficient rule reuse across applications and case types.
Configure and maintain roles, access groups, privileges, and security controls.
Manage data access, integrations, and information flow within Pega applications.
Design and configure workflows, assignments, approvals, and business processes.
Support responsive application design for multiple device types, including mobile platforms.




Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive solutions.
