The Team Leader – Asset Digital Journeys plays a critical role in driving digital transformation across loan servicing operations within the Retail Asset Operations function. This techno-functional role bridges business needs with technology solutions, enabling front-end teams such as Business, Collections, and Customer Service to manage loan journeys, EMI collections, and service requests efficiently through digital platforms. The role demands a deep understanding of the payment’s ecosystem, including recurring payments, and solid relationships with regulatory bodies like NPCI and fintech partners to deliver best-in-class digital solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead sprint planning, project scoping, requirement definition, testing, implementation, and post-delivery monitoring to assess effectiveness.
Design and build digital workflows and systems that connect front-end and back-end operations for seamless execution.
Collaborate with business partners, OEMs (solution providers), and technology stakeholders to conceptualize and present solutions to senior management.
Drive project deliverables through the full project lifecycle including requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and final delivery.
Apply strong technical skills to integrate digital systems across multiple applications.
Manage API integrations and leverage RPA (Robotic Process Automation) where applicable.
Provide expertise in recurring payments and payment gateway (PG) systems.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of digital payment products and industry practices, including NACH, SI, Escrow, and other modes of repayment.
Maintain familiarity with NPCI digital products and their system architecture.
Understand loan systems including LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System), with experience in configurations and API integrations.
