Job Summary
The Brand Head – Mohey will be responsible for driving the overall growth, profitability, and market positioning of the Mohey brand. The role requires a strategic leader with robust expertise in category management, product development, franchisee operations, merchandising, and retail business growth within the women's ethnic wear segment. The incumbent will lead brand strategy, product lifecycle management, channel expansion, and consumer engagement initiatives to strengthen Mohey's market leadership and deliver sustainable business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Business Growth
Develop and execute the long-term growth strategy for Mohey.
Drive revenue, profitability, and market share expansion across channels.
Identify new business opportunities, consumer segments, and growth avenues.
Monitor and optimize key business KPIs including sales, margins, inventory turns, and ROI.
2. Category Management




Own end-to-end category planning and performance management.
Define assortment strategy, pricing architecture, and seasonal merchandise planning.
Analyze category performance and implement corrective actions to maximize sales and profitability.
Ensure alignment between consumer demand, inventory planning, and business objectives.
3. Product Development & Merchandising
Lead the product development process from concept to market launch.
Collaborate with design, sourcing, production, and merchandising teams to deliver differentiated product offerings.
Ensure collections reflect evolving consumer trends while maintaining brand DNA.
Balance innovation, commercial viability, and profitability within the product portfolio.
4. Franchisee & Retail Network Management
Drive franchisee performance, expansion, and operational excellence.
Build strong relationships with franchise partners to achieve business objectives.
