Medline India is looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with strong technical Front end, Back end, middleware and database skills. This role requires designing and developing complex web and mobile applications and ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems. Key responsibilities include coding, code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using up-to-date technologies like ReactJS, Node.js, java, microservices, QA automation, Devops and cloud platforms.

Partner with business analysts / product owners and delivery teams to enable successful sprint outcomes and incremental delivery of business value.
Foster a full stack engineering culture, encouraging adoption of T-shaped skills and cross-functional growth within the team.
Collaborate effectively in a global team setup, working with product stakeholders and business partners to design, build, and support scalable applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code, ensuring best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation.
Proactively drive root-cause analysis and resolution of production issues, with a focus on long-term improvements and system reliability.
Continuously identify and implement performance optimizations at application, infrastructure, and database levels.
Contribute to technical decision-making, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions across teams.
