Key Responsibilities
Lead Odoo development, customization, and implementation projects.
Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules using Python.
Manage integrations, migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
Perform code reviews and guide development teams.
Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver ERP solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
Required Skills




7+ years of software development experience with strong Odoo expertise.
Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM, and Odoo Framework.
Experience with Odoo.sh, deployments, upgrades, and API integrations.
Solid problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience in team management and technical mentoring.
